We offer three different fertilizing programs to suit your lawn care needs:

1. CoreWorx

Our standard 6-Step Program includes:

Steps 1 & 2: A split application of pre-emergent fertilizer in the spring to prevent weeds and promote early growth.

Step 3: Fertilization and weed control treatments every 4-6 weeks, plus grub control during Step 3 to protect your lawn from pests that damage grass roots.

Steps 4 & 5: Application of Lebanon 16-2-3 60% MESA 50% Biosolid blend with 4% Iron and 4% Sulfur. This blend promotes soil microbial activity, increases nutrient availability, and enhances soil health for stronger roots and vibrant turf.

Step 6 (Winterizer): Our final application of 24-5-10 50% EPEC 90 Day with 3% Iron provides a long-lasting feed going into winter dormancy. This Winterizer strengthens roots, prepares your lawn for colder months, and ensures nutrients are readily available for early spring growth.

This program is ideal for homeowners who want comprehensive, consistent care throughout the year.

2. PlusWorx (Our Most Popular Program!)

This enhanced program includes everything in the CoreWorx program, plus:

Fall or Spring Aeration to improve soil health, reduce compaction, and enhance root development.
Broadleadf Spray - Spring and Fall blanket application for enhanced weed control.

The PlusWorx program is perfect for lawns that need additional aeration services at a discounted rate.

3. TheWorx

This all-inclusive program includes everything in PlusWorx, as well as:

Monthly Bed Maintenance Program to keep your landscape beds weed-free and looking their best.
Perimeter Pest Control to protect your home from unwanted pests.
Mosquito Control Program to create a more enjoyable outdoor space free from mosquito infestations.

STEP 1 - March/April – First application of our Crabgrass preventer.
Enhances color and gives long control of other grassy weeds throughout the season. In addition to the pre-emergent, we will spot spray for any weeds that are present. Must be watered within 24 hours. Contains: 17-3-5 25%PCSCU and 0.08% Dimension
STEP 1.5 - May – Broadleaf Blanket application for Weed Control.
May – Broadleaf Blanket application for Weed Control. This application of post emergent herbicide, targets dandelions and clovers but will also control other weeds present in turf areas. This is an added step available to all customers.
STEP 2 - May/June – Second application of our Crabgrass preventer.
In addition to the pre-emergent, we will spot spray for any weeds that are present. Must be watered within 24 hours. Contains: 17-3-5 25% PCSCU and 0.08% Dimension.
STEP 3 - July – Fertilizer with Grub Control.
This is a preventative application of insecticide, to prevent turf damage caused by white grubs. Broadleaf spot spraying will also take place during this application for any visible weeds in the turf area. Must be watered within 24 hours and best to keep pets off till grass is dry. Contains: 15-0-0 with 20% PCSCU and .20% Merit.
STEP 4 - August – Fertilizer with Iron.
To keep your grass greener during the summer months. Must be watered within 24 hours. Contains: 18-3-9 with 30% UFLEXX and 2% Iron Oxide.
STEP 4.5 - August/September – Fungicide
August/September – Fungicide – This application helps prevent any fungus buildups in the lawn, specifically targeting brown patch, summer patch and dollar spot. This is an added step available to all customers.
STEP 5 - September – Fertilizer with Iron.
September – Fertilizer with Iron. To help promote recovery from the summer stress. Must be watered within 24 hours. Contains: 18-3-9 with 30% UFLEXX and 2% Iron Oxide.
STEP 5.5 - Broadleaf Blanket application for Weed Control.
Broadleaf Blanket application for Weed Control. This application of post emergent herbicide is the best time to get control of unwanted weeds in the turf area and allows for a weed free lawn in the Spring. This is an added step available to all customers.
STEP 6 - October/November – Fertilizer for Winterization.
October/November – Fertilizer for Winterization. This application promotes stronger root growth and helps the turf come out of dormancy quicker and greener in the spring. Must be watered within 24 hours. Contains: 30-0-15 blended as 55% UREA + 45% Ammonium Sulfate.
